May Picture Post and End of School Year 2017-2018

May was another busy month in the Hepper house. Caroline had her final Market Day at school and also moved up to a higher level NOVA team. Margaret learning to ride a two-wheeled bicycle and also graduation from the NOVA swim lessons program onto the Novice Prep team. Julia and Margaret hosted me in their respective classrooms for (happy) tear-inducing Mother's Day teas, and everyone had Field Day before school got out for the summer on the 31st.
We got our summer garden up and running, and Charlotte wasted no time get comfortable in a canteloupe-scouting postion.

Me and Margaret at her classes Mother's Day Tea.

She was so adorable

The next day was Julia's Mother's Day Tea.

She was equally adorable.

What special days!

Caroline taking a moment to hold our newest neighbor, Mason.

We had a day off school because of a power outage. We took advantage of the hot day to have a water balloon fight!

Caroline glowing as a saleswoman at her final Market Day.

Julia and Margaret in their final days as 6 year old.

Julia and her buddies on Field Day
Margaret on her last field trip to Lewis Ginter Garden.

Julia wasted no time getting back up on her two wheeler once the warmer weather began.

Before too long, Margaret took off on hers.

She was so proud of herself!

Margaret's End of Year party. Can you spot the unicorn?!
