December Picture Post

And just like that, December is coming to a close! We had a great month, full of holiday fun for kids and adults alike!
We kicked off the holiday fun at Collegiate's Cougar Holiday Express event. The girls got to go shopping in the Cub Boutique - a secret santa shop.
Then we ate dinner in the cafeteria - a special treat for Margaret and Julia!
At the Commonwealth Club for the Santa Breakfast!
Yummy doughnuts!
Face painting was also part of the fun.
We fit in lots of crafts this month, of course.
The girls worked hard on these nutcracker dolls.

Then it was time for the Christmas Pageant at our church. Julia and Margaret were sheep.
Caroline was excited to be an angel for the first time.
She did a great job.

Julia was an excellent sheep.
And so was Margaret!
The girls got letters from Santa this year!

Mommy and Daddy had lots of opportunities for holiday fun :)
Annie and me at the HW holiday party.

Christmas flowers from Grandpa and Grandma.
The girls loved getting their new Christmas story from Grampy.
Caroline was an excellent helper during all of Mommy's holiday baking.
Julia at her school party.
The Lil' Live Butterflies from Miss Elaine were a huge hit!

We had a great time decorating gingerbread houses with our cousins, Will, Claire and Catherine.

Sweet Catherine tackling her gingerbread house.
These three had a lot of free time to play together during the Christmas break.
An early Christmas gift from Mommy and Daddy was a front yard swing.

The girls love it!
It has room for lots of friends :)
Most likely, Margaret's favorite Christmas gift: an enormous bag of Doritos from the Benjamin Family. Boy, do they know her well!

Thanksgiving 2015

Thanksgiving 2015 already feels like it was a lifetime ago, but I do know we had an awesome time with family at one of my favorite places, Big Canoe. The weather was amazing, the food was delicious, and the girls had a blast with Marmee, Grampy, and their cousins.
