Easter 2015

Easter 2015 was a wonderful holiday! We had great weather here in Richmond, and Marmee and Grampy came in town to celebrate the holiday with us. The girls had a lot of fun preparing for Easter, and even though there were a few times when the anticipation of the holiday seemed like it might be too much, it all came together for the big day: Easter Sunday!

Margaret worked hard to make a special Easter treat for her preschool class...
...Rice Krispie eggs!

Once Marmee and Grampy arrived, we got busy getting ready for Easter! Sugar cookies were up first!
Dyeing the eggs was the next job on the list.
Success!
This little bunny enjoyed an ice cream treat with Marmee and Grampy.
Ready to go to the Egg Hunt and craft egg-stravaganza at church on Saturday!
Caroline loved making a sock bunny at church.

Back at home, it was time to make the bunny cake.
Easter Sunday! Caroline was shocked that the Easter Bunny hid her basket under the dining room table :)
Margaret also had to go off the beaten path to find her basket.
After church, it was time to hunt for out dyed eggs in the backyard.
