After nap time, we headed downtown to go trick or treating at Daddy's office! For this outing, Caroline wore her ladybug costume. All of our practice paid off because Caroline happily wore all the parts of the costume for the entire time we were there. We probably should have practiced trick or treating though, because Caroline was completely befuddled by the strange people holding buckets full of candy in front of her! She was really bashful and hid more than once behind Mommy's legs. She eventually caught on though, as you'll see below. While at Daddy's office, we also enjoyed some tasty snacks and visited with our friends, Hailey and Caroline.
We're planning on laying low tomorrow so we're rested and ready to go for the Halloween weekend!!

SOOOOOOOO adorable! I wish we were closer so we could see her in this get-up in person. Glad she enjoyed the costume and eventually the candy! Oh, I wish we were closer!!!! Our ladybug is growing up way too fast!
ReplyDeleteI love how our blogs are always so similar! (Because it means that we've been spending lots of time together!) Not be too sure of ourselves, but our babies were by far the cutest kiddos there and we were some pretty good looking trophy wives too!
