Darden Days BBQ

This past weekend was a busy one! We had lots of Darden related events as well as lots of get togethers with friends. It seems as though everyone is trying to squeeze as many events as possible into these last few weeks in Charlottesville. It's been a lot of fun to hang out so frequently with the great friends we've made over the last two years. We will certainly miss everyone!

Here are a couple pictures we took while at the Darden Days BBQ at the King Family winery. It was AMAZINGLY beautiful there! There was good food, good (if a tad loud) music, and of course...great friends!

The picture of Caroline atop Paul's shoulders is funny because if you look carefully, Caroline looks a little frightened. She wasn't scared about being up on Paul's shoulders, she was scared because her Mommy and all her Mommy's crazy girlfriends were hooting and hollering at her trying to get her to smile for the camera. Poor Caroline lasted about 15 seconds before she got complete stage fright and melted down into tears.
